🕒 Return Window

You may return items within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Free from any damage, stains, or signs of wear

🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@styled.shop within 15 days of delivery. Please include:

Your order number.

The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

The reason for return.

Get Return Instructions

Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

Ship the Item

Send the item back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

For size or color changes, the replacement is subject to stock availability.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Beauty or cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons).

Undergarments and Socks.

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Gift cards or promotional items.

styled.shop is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
