Why delivery times can vary
Customs checks in your country can add a few days. Remote or rural addresses take longer, and so do busy periods like holiday sales.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our order tracking page.
Delays, loss or damage
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the time above, check the tracking first. Still no update? Email info@styled.shop with your order number and we'll look into it. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we'll reship it or refund it, depending on the situation.
Duties and taxes
International orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place), so import duties and local taxes aren't included in our prices. If your country charges them, the courier will contact you before delivery.
